Whether you want to generally improve your fitness, tone up for a holiday or train for a marathon, as long as you take small simple steps, frequently and mindfully, you will achieve your fitness goals.
The key is to move your body as much as you can and in as many different ways as possible. The more you move, the more toned and agile you will be and the more beautiful you will feel inside and out! It also means you can eat more! Fab!
